Jooni Hwang began her musical Education at the universities Frankfurt, Freiburg, Mannheim and Wiesbaden.
She completed her artistic training You at Tamás Paul ( HR Symphony Orchestra Frankfurt) and with Antonio Pellegrini (Freiburg+ Basel).

This was followed by master classes with renowned Professors Germany-wide : Roman Nodel (Mannheim),Boris Goldstein(Würzburg), Rainer Kussmaul(Freiburg) and Stephan Picard (Berlin).

Numerous solo and chamber music Performances Europe and the summer festival in Esterházy Castle Sopron Hungary .

She was a scholarship holder of the Richard Wagner Scholarship Foundation Bayreuth 2000.

She also gained a wealth of experience in various professional orchestras and is currently active in various musical projects and project orchestras in the Rhine-Main area.

At the beginning of 2010, she founded her own rock band "SIXTENTION " and combined thus combining the world of rock music with classical music. She won with this band at the German Rock&Pop Award 1st place in the category "Best Instrumental Band" and 1st place in the category "Best Solo Instrumentalist".

When she's not making her own music, she's working with world stars like José Carreras, Anna Maria Kaufmann, Vanessa Mae, Chris de Burgh, Nena, Ian Anderson(Jethro Tull), Deep Purple, Dionne Warwick, David Garett, Gregory Porter, Michael Bublé , DJ Alex Christensen and many others on Tournee.
